All orders are processed and shipped the same day when you place them before 2 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. However, please allow up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. Orders are processed on weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. CT. All orders placed at any other time, including during US federal holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Most USPS Ground Advantage orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday-Friday will ship out same-day.  

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 before taxes. 

Delivery Times:

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. You will be able to track your order for an exact delivery date.

Where Do We Ship?

CBD4Healing offers shipping to most US states and Canada. 

Incorrect Addresses:

Please review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect addresses will result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to CBD4Healing due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will not be reshipped. A refund will be provided minus the shipping fees if applicable.

Incorrect/Damaged Products:

We do our best to ensure that your order is packed and shipped accurately. However, accidents may still occur. If, upon receipt, your order contains damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please report these within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a picture of the packing slip and the items at issue received. Once your claim has been approved, we will assist you in correcting the issue.
