Refund Policy

All CBD and hemp products are consumables and cannot be resold once they have been opened. Therefore, any items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@cbd4healing.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

When can you apply for a refund?

You may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Products are returnable if you have received a damaged or defective product or with a missing accessory or part, or with different pieces from the original description provided on the product detail page. Product must be

Once the refund is initiated, it takes around 3-5 business days to refund the full amount in the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request.

  • The item must be unused, and in its original packing with all the original tags attached.
